Who we are

Nisse is a studio based in Ottawa, Canada that builds websites, runs social media, and automates day-to-day work for small businesses. This policy covers heynisse.ca. Questions any time: hello@heynisse.ca.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us:

• If you email us — your email address and whatever you write.
• If you book a call — your name, email, and booking details, collected through Calendly (see their privacy policy).

That's it. Browsing this site sends us nothing.

What we don't do

• No analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
• We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
• No newsletter sign-ups you didn't ask for.

Third-party services

Two things on this site talk to other companies: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google may log your IP address when the font files load), and call bookings run through Calendly. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How we use and keep your information

We use your contact details for one thing: talking to you about working together. We keep correspondence as long as it's useful for that, and delete it when it isn't. Want your information removed sooner? One email to hello@heynisse.ca and it's done.
